My job as a therapist is to empower growth and hold space for clients in vulnerable moments. The first few therapy sessions with a client are centered around information gathering, where I'm taking a thorough history of past and presenting concerns. Clients can expect thought-provoking questions which help them build new insights and themes. Ultimately a colorful picture is painted that illuminates how the client would like to move forward and where they'd like to see themselves. It's an honor to walk alongside you on your journey. While therapy is ultimately a relationship, I respect that its also a service that clients are paying for.
